1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised by Teepee Queen, a sleepover party styling business based in Bellevue Hill, Sydney, NSW, Australia.

2. Promotion Period
The giveaway opens on 20 September 2026 and closes on Thursday 24 September 2026 at 8:00pm AEST (Sydney time).
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over who wish to organise a sleepover for their child within Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
The sleepover must take place at an address within Teepee Queen's eligible Eastern Suburbs service area.
Teepee Queen will verify the proposed setup address before confirming the winner's eligibility.
Only one entry per adult is permitted.
No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must complete the official Teepee Queen giveaway entry form during the promotion period.
Each valid and eligible submission receives one entry into the random draw.
Entrants may receive one additional entry by uploading a drawing created by their child showing their dream sleepover.
A maximum of two entries per entrant is permitted.
Submitting a drawing is optional. The drawing does not need to meet any artistic criteria, and the quality of the drawing will not influence the winner selection.
Following Teepee Queen on social media, tagging friends or sharing the giveaway is not required to enter.

5. The Prize
One winner will receive a Teepee Queen sleepover package for three children, valued at $330 AUD, GST included.
The package includes:
Three styled teepees
Inflatable mattresses and bedding
Decorative cushions and fairy lights
Personalised name frames
A choice of theme from Teepee Queen's available collections
Delivery and professional setup
Next-day pack-down and collection
The prize is valid for one sleepover at an eligible Eastern Suburbs address.
Additional teepees may be added for $50 each, subject to availability and payment by the winner.
Food, activities and other optional add-ons are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

6. Prize Redemption and Availability
The sleepover must take place during the school holiday period between 28 September and 11 October 2026.
Entrants are asked to indicate their preferred dates in the entry form. Multiple dates may be selected.
The final sleepover date will be confirmed with the winner, subject to Teepee Queen's availability.
The winner must provide a suitable, accessible and safe indoor setup area in accordance with Teepee Queen's standard hire conditions.

7. Refundable Security Bond
A refundable security bond of $150 AUD is required before the sleepover.
The bond is separate from the prize and is not included in the $330 prize value.
The bond will be refunded following collection and inspection of the equipment, subject to Teepee Queen's standard hire Terms & Conditions.
Deductions may apply for loss, damage or other matters covered by the standard hire conditions.

8. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid and eligible entries on Friday 25 September 2026.
Each valid entry will have one chance in the draw, with one additional chance awarded where a qualifying drawing has been submitted.
The winner will be contacted directly using the phone number provided in the entry form.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility requirements or cannot accept an available school holiday date, Teepee Queen may conduct a further random draw, subject to applicable law.

9. Drawing Permission
Uploading a drawing does not automatically grant permission for it to be published.
Teepee Queen may share a submitted drawing on its Instagram or Facebook accounts only where the parent or legal guardian has provided separate permission through the entry form.
Granting or declining publication permission does not affect the entrant's chances of winning.

10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the giveaway form will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility and contact the winner.
Entrants will receive marketing communications only if they separately opt in.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and Teepee Queen's privacy policy.

11. General Conditions
The winner must comply with Teepee Queen's standard hire Terms & Conditions.
Teepee Queen reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject fraudulent or invalid entries, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
