Our full setup includes teepees, mattresses, fitted sheets, mattress protectors, blankets, decorative cushions, fairy lights, bunting, trays, lanterns and styling pieces to match your chosen theme. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within our specified Eastern Suburbs service area.

Yes. We deliver, style and set everything up for you, then return to pick up everything after the sleepover. You don’t need to build the teepees or style the setup yourself.

We service Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, with standard delivery included within our specified local service area. Locations outside this zone may incur a travel fee, which will always be confirmed before booking.

Our minimum hire is 3 teepees. Our base package starts from 4 teepees, with additional teepees available depending on space and availability.

As a guide, each mattress is approximately 185cm x 76cm. Once the teepee, mattress and styling pieces are set up, we recommend allowing approximately 200cm x 105cm per teepee. If you’re unsure, send us a few photos or measurements of the room and we’ll help you work out the best layout.

Yes. You can choose from our available themes, and we can also help personalise the setup with colours, details or add-ons to suit your child’s party. If your child has a specific idea in mind, feel free to share it with us and we’ll try our best to make it work.

Yes, where possible. If your child loves a few different ideas, colours or party styles, we can mix details and styling touches to create something that feels more personal. Share your ideas with us — whether it’s a favourite colour, character, music style, movie night vibe or something completely unique — and we’ll try our best to make it work beautifully.

Yes. Add-ons may include personalised items, sleepover activity packs, games, craft activities, popcorn or movie night details, water bottles, lolly boxes or party bag extras, depending on availability. Some add-ons may depend on timing, supplier availability, theme choice and the number of guests. You can let us know which extras you are interested in when you submit your booking request, and we’ll confirm what is possible.

Simply complete the Request Booking form with your preferred date, location, number of guests, theme preference and any add-ons you are interested in. We will then check availability and send you the next steps.

No. The form is a booking request only. Your booking is confirmed once your booking deposit has been received and you have received a written confirmation from Teepee Queen.

Yes. A $100 booking deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the event date.

Yes. A refundable $150 security bond is required for all bookings. The bond is refunded after pack-down, once all equipment has been collected and checked. Any damaged, missing, stained or heavily soiled items may be deducted from the bond.

The client is responsible for the equipment during the hire period. If anything is damaged, missing, stained or heavily soiled, cleaning, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security bond. If the cost is higher than the bond amount, the additional cost may be charged separately.

To keep everything clean and in lovely condition, food and drinks are not permitted on the beds, mattresses, bedding, rugs, trays or inside the teepees, with the exception of water. We also ask that makeup, nail polish, slime, paint, glitter, markers and messy activities are kept away from the setup.

No. Pets must be kept away from the teepees, bedding, mattresses, rugs and styling items during the hire period.

Yes. A responsible adult must supervise the children during the hire period. Teepee Queen provides the teepee setup only. We do not provide child supervision, childcare or party hosting services.

Our setups are designed for indoor use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the booking.

Children usually bring their own pillow, pyjamas, toiletries, toothbrush, any comfort item they need, and clothes for the next day. We’ll take care of the teepee setup.

Setup and pack-down times are arranged with you before the event. Timing depends on location, availability and the schedule for the day, but we’ll confirm the details with you before your booking.
